Logo for mumbaistockholm

mumbaistockholm is a swedish company that creates beautiful, handcrafted jewelry with extra care in the finishing. They wanted the logo to reflect the company and asked for a simple 'm' in handwriting. Many m's later, using pen and paper as well as a digital pen and Photoshop, this is what we settled for. As shown above it is also used for tagging the jewelry.

Oil painting

I used loads of white oil paint and a spatula to create the uneven surface surrounding the g. I think g, especially in lower case, is one of the most interesting letter since it can be drawn in so many different ways. To make the painting interesting despite the simplicity of the motif and the black and white colors I decided to play with the structure.

The frog - Copperplate

I made this royal frog with the presumably golden ball and a few printings. It is inspired by the old saga 'Grodkungen'. I like to try out different artforms - everything from creating my own tiles to sewing and knitting.

Master Thesis

I created an interface for a software that should be used by support personnel to monitor other software. In order to develop a suitable design I conducted several user studies and user tests.

The Qbe - Game for the Masters Program

The Qbe is a puzzle game for Xbox 360 that some friends and I made for a project course at the Masters Program Interaction Design at Chalmers. The robot is stuck inside a cube and in order to get to the next level she has to collect items placed in the cube. To assist her there are boxes and lamps in the room. The boxes is of four different weights, from so light that it is hovering in the air to so heavy that the robot is unable to move it. When a box is put in the light from a lamp, the light will cause the box to lose one unit in weight.

We worked out the concept and game play design together. I designed and created the robot, aesthetics (unfortunately not implemented), website and logo using Photoshop, sketches and Blender.

Logotype

I made this logo for a friend when he first decided to give it a go as a photographer. With no further requirements but to incorporate his name and the word 'photographer' in the logo I started drawing. I sent him a lot of sketches and ideas and we discussed back and forth until we found what he was looking for. Some of my more evolved sketches are shown above.
